Being an employer of choice at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û: inclusive employment at Hylands School.

One of the main priorities for мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û is to be an employer of choice. мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û aims to attract, retain, and develop a highly motivated workforce that adheres to мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û values and achieves excellent outcomes for our students.

Our schools play a crucial role in this goal, and a great example is the work being done at

Hylands School is currently collaborating with , an organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism who aspire to obtain paid employment. The Inclusive Employment programme expands the opportunities available. ECL assists candidates by identifying potential employers, creating resumes, organising and facilitating interviews, providing skills development, offering work experience, and providing on-the-job coaching.

ECL has produced a showcasing Maisie's journey with Hylands School and the School Office.
