Hylands School is currently collaborating with , an organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism who aspire to obtain paid employment. The Inclusive Employment programme expands the opportunities available. ECL assists candidates by identifying potential employers, creating resumes, organising and facilitating interviews, providing skills development, offering work experience, and providing on-the-job coaching.
ECL has produced a showcasing Maisie's journey with Hylands School and the School Office.
