Major in Business Administration

In the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) program, students are equipped for career success through innovative curriculum taught by experienced faculty members. The business administration curriculum is designed to integrate business knowledge and skills and make real-world application. Minor in Business Administration

For students pursuing a major outside of business administration who desire a solid foundation of core business subjects, the minor in business administration is the perfect choice. The minor consists of 18 credit hours with required classes in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Finance and Economics.

Graduate Business Programs

TLU’s distinguished master's programs are designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills for successful careers in business. Our programs include:

Business Master of Accountancy (MAcy): This traditional, in-person program provides rigorous training in accounting principles and practices, preparing you for leadership roles in the accounting profession.
Master of Business Administration (MBA): Delivered 100% online, this program offers flexibility and convenience for busy professionals. The curriculum covers essential business concepts and strategies, enabling you to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.
Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA): Also 100% online, this program focuses on the analytical and technical skills needed to interpret and leverage data for strategic business decision-making.

Both the MBA and MSBA can be completed in as little as one year, offering a fast track to advancing your career. Additionally, undergraduate students have the unique opportunity to complete both their bachelor's and master's degrees in just five years, streamlining their educational journey and jump starting their careers.

As Chair, I am delighted to welcome you to our vibrant community. At our small, private university in the San Antonio area, we offer personalized attention and a tailored educational experience. Our programs cover management, marketing, finance, accounting, international business, and social entrepreneurship, preparing you for various career paths including business ownership, corporate roles, non-profit work, or further academic research through our Master’s programs in Business Analytics, Business Administration, and Accountancy.
